今天果酱就给大家推荐一款——早餐鸡蛋饼,调好的面糊往锅里一倒,镂空处打入一个鸡蛋,没一会儿一张香喷喷的鸡蛋饼就完成啦!

金黄酥脆的外表,色泽诱人,加上蛋香和葱香,吃起来营养又美味,不用操心揉面发酵,还能吃的丰富又营养,简直不要太喜欢啦,快点一起做起来吧~
· 食 材 清 单 ·
鸡蛋 2个 | 土豆 100g |
胡萝卜 35g | 普通面粉 25g |
油 适量 | 鲜菇粉 适量 |
盐 适量 | 葱花 适量 |
黑芝麻 适量 |
· 做 法 ·
1.先将胡萝卜和土豆去皮,擦成细丝

2.擦好的土豆、胡萝卜丝中加入一点盐,搅拌均匀,腌制大概2分钟左右

3.然后在蔬菜丝中加入鲜菇粉和普通面粉,搅拌均匀

4.不粘锅中刷油,放入搅拌好的土豆胡萝卜丝。最开始尝试的时候可以做的薄一些

5.把蔬菜丝整理成甜甜圈的样子
